Exchange Policy

If your Eternal Lite candle stops working even after replacing the light bulb, we will replace it with the same product within 30 days of purchase. In some cases, we may ask you to return the damaged candle and will include a return label with the replacement product to do so. We are not responsible for damages occurred during the time of shipment; however, shipping insurance is an option when purchasing your candle. In cases of wholesale return/exchanges, we do not allow the product to be returned once it has been resold but will accept exchanges for damaged product before its resale.
